Project Description
This infographic compares the growth of EVs between the US and China to see how consumer demands and government incentives can have an effect on the rise of electric vehicles.
Development and Sketches
Statistics were compiled using data from the International Energy Agency and the Environmental Protection Agency.
The main visual of this infographic is inspired by the circular shape of the steering wheel, dashboard, and tire of the vehicle. The chosen colors represent clean energy and the hope that these electric vehicles will bring good changes to the environment.
Inspiration and Visual Language
The infographic shows the difference between the U.S. and China's progress in the race to promote EVs in the automobile market while also shining a spotlight on the two countries' approach to the problem.
